Terms of use
Baseline: 4 September 2026.
Assisted pilot · self-service blockedOperator identity
The operator's legal details have not yet been published. CERTACTUM therefore does not enable self-service contracting or checkout. Commercial use is limited to pilots and assisted contracting, with contractual identification supplied before any payment.
1. Scope
CERTACTUM is a platform for operational recording and control of project changes, evidence, notices, decisions, cost/time impact and dossiers. The platform organises information supplied by users; it does not replace legal, tax, technical or contractual advice.
2. Account and authority
Anyone creating an organisation or project represents that they are authorised to use the service on behalf of that organisation. Each user is responsible for the security of their credentials and the material accuracy of data they enter.
3. Evidence and integrity
Metadata, audit logs, revisions and hashes may help preserve the operational integrity of records. Those mechanisms do not automatically turn a record into a notarised document, conclusive court evidence, independent certification or a contractual decision.
4. Content and data
The customer remains responsible for uploaded content and must ensure a legitimate basis exists for processing personal data, worker information, witness data, photographs, documents and communications introduced into the service.
5. Availability and continuity
CERTACTUM may include offline and synchronisation mechanisms, but no platform guarantees uninterrupted availability. Customers should maintain appropriate continuity procedures for critical project events.
6. Delivery and communications
Recording a notice or communication in CERTACTUM does not by itself constitute legally qualified delivery. Any external qualified-delivery provider will only be presented as active once contracted, configured and verifiable.
7. Payments
Until the operator's legal identity is complete, self-service checkout remains technically blocked. Pilots or assisted sales must be formalised by proposal, purchase order or contract identifying the parties, price and applicable terms.
8. Acceptable use
The service must not be used to introduce unlawful content, obtain unauthorised access, bypass security controls, interfere with other tenants or deliberately falsify evidence.
9. Changes to these terms
Material changes will be versioned. Specific conditions agreed in a written contract prevail over these terms to the extent of any conflict.
